For downloading and using your certificate, you must have a work station with at least the following. Technical prerequisites depend on the type of certificate required:

 

- Pentium 133 MHz processor,
- a CD ROM drive,
- an available USB port,
- a connection kit with a secured CardMan 3821 card reader (with a PinPad) from Omnikey and the interface software (driver) from OberthurCS (may be provided by SG Trust Services),
- an Authentic IC smart card from OberthurCS (provided by SG Trust Services),


- Browser - Internet Explorer version 5.5
- the browser must enable JavaScript, vbscript and ActiveX, SSL V3,
- 128-bit encryption is obligatory,
- the HTTPS protocol must not be blocked by the company filtering systems,
- Acrobat Reader, version 5.0 or higher.


- Compatible operating systems:

Compatible operating system	Random access memory necessary
Windows 2000 and XP and higher version	64 MB RAM
