Obtaining a certificate on a microprocessor card
 


Before any activity, check that your microprocessor card is inserted properly in the reader and that the latter is connected correctly.

We would like to remind you that the microprocessor card reader must be installed beforehand, following the instructions given in the installation guide available on CD ROM along with the reader. Once the installation is complete, you must replace the default PIN code of the microprocessor card (For more information, contact Customer Service on the phone number +33(0) 2 54 44 71 07.

By clicking on the hypertext link in the mail sent by SG Trust Services informing you about availability, the following window is displayed:

You must register your Subscriber Identification Code, the code which is in the Individual Subscriber Request that you filled in at the time of subscribing. Click on Validate, the following window appears:


This page displays the various information in your certificate.

In the drop-down menu titled Cryptographic Supplier Service, you have to enable the OCS Cryptographic Service Provider Library v4.0 option

If there is an error in one of the fields, please contact our Customer Service on the phone number +33(0) 2 54 44 71 07.

If not, click on Submit. A window opens:

You have to answer  Yes. You are then asked for the PIN code of the microprocessor card:

Type your password on the pinpad.

Once the PIN code is given, click on OK:


Click on Yes. A prompt message appears:

Then the following window is displayed on the screen:


Click on Yes. The thank you message appears on the screen:


Your certificate has been correctly installed.
