The following screen appears:
You must input the email address
figuring in the certificate OR the first and last name of the holder
(exactly corresponding to the first and last name figuring in the
"object" field of the certificate) AND your Subscriber's ID Code
(the code you used to obtain the certificate).
Once both fields are completed, click on Search. The following screen appears:
If the certificate that appears is the one you want to revoke, click on Revoke.
