To obtain your SG Trust certificates, you will have to download the subscription form.

This form is also available with your branch office.
ZOOM: All documents must be completed in duplicate.
The subscription form consists of three main parts:
Information about the COMPANY:
1. Subscription contract
signed by the representative of the firm duly authorized for this
purpose.
2. A supporting document of the Certificate Manager (signed by the
representative of the firm and the Certificate Manager) : driving
licence, national identity card, passport, or working card (for the
foreigners).
2. A supporting document of the Subscriber (signed by the Certificate
Manager and the Subscriber) : driving licence, national identity card,
passport, or working card (for foreigners).
ZOOM: The number of certificates will depend on the size and organisation
of your company. A certificate is issued to a single individual; only
this person has the right to use it and it is therefore necessary
to provide additional certificates for persons wishing to replace
him or her in their absence.
You have to complete the paper file
in duplicate and deliver it to your branch office that will carry
out the necessary checks (identity, authorising the persons who ordered
the certificate). Once the form is accepted by the branch office,
SG TRUST SERVICES starts making the certificate.
A notice of availability is addressed
to the manager while the Subscribers receive an e-mail; they can then
obtain the certificates through the Internet.
In the e-mails informing the Subscriber
of the availability of the certificates, we also give him the URL
to which he will have to log on to download his certificate.
